SHANGHAI / CROSS-BORDER BUSINESS TRAVEL

Shanghai. Connect the city with clarity.

Shanghai is a complex international business destination, where airport choice, local-language communication, corporate timing and cross-border requirements can determine whether the day works. JetVoy approaches it as a carefully scoped request that must be validated with appropriately authorized local partners.

01 / THE CITY BRIEF

Two airports. Two very different city approaches.

Pudong and Hongqiao serve different flight patterns and parts of the Shanghai metropolitan region. A visit to Lujiazui in Pudong, an appointment along the Bund and a separate guest arriving through Hongqiao can form one operational brief only when the local arrangements are verified.

JetVoy is an independent-provider coordination layer, not a promise of owned aircraft, exclusive inventory or a local office. A proposed Shanghai itinerary begins with the actual scope and ends with named provider responsibilities.

02 / CONNECTED REQUIREMENTS

Can JetVoy coordinate a Shanghai executive visit?

Shanghai requests require a feasibility review before any service commitment. JetVoy can assess Pudong or Hongqiao arrival requirements, Lujiazui meeting schedules and possible independent hospitality or transport providers. Local authorization, traveler documentation, Mandarin-language support, permitted payment arrangements and lawful data handling must be verified first; service availability is not assumed.

03 / LOCAL INTELLIGENCE

Pudong, Hongqiao and the Huangpu River.

Shanghai Airport Group’s official website distinguishes Pudong International Airport and Hongqiao International Airport, with separate ground-transport, rail and passenger information. The correct terminal, meeting address and lawful transfer method must be confirmed for each traveler.

A China-focused engagement requires particular care with entry eligibility, Mandarin-language support, personal-data handling, permitted payment methods and locally authorized suppliers. JetVoy does not imply an existing Shanghai office or a fully operational local service network; acceptance is contingent on those requirements being validated.

04 / THE OPERATING APPROACH

Considered before it’s confirmed.

01 / ASSESS

Begin with feasibility

Validate legal, language, supplier and traveler requirements before taking commitments.

02 / CONFIRM

Identify the right airport and providers

Check arrival terms and whether responsible local professionals are available.

03 / ALIGN

Keep the brief coherent

Coordinate only the properly verified and approved services.

Each accepted service remains subject to the independent operator or supplier’s confirmation and separately agreed terms. JetVoy does not operate the third-party services described.

05 / FREQUENT QUESTIONS

Shanghai airports and service-feasibility questions

Can JetVoy already guarantee concierge services in Shanghai?

No. Shanghai requests are evaluated individually; local partner availability, required permissions, language support and lawful data handling must be verified before a service commitment.

Is Pudong the same airport as Hongqiao?

No. Shanghai Pudong (PVG) and Shanghai Hongqiao (SHA) are separate airports with different locations and services. The itinerary must identify which one is actually being used.

Can a China trip include other Asian business hubs?

A regional itinerary may be assessed, but entry requirements, independent provider permissions and any cross-border data or payments arrangements require specific review.

JETVOY / PRIVATE INQUIRIES

Start with a Shanghai feasibility review.

If your priorities touch Shanghai, share the broad requirements, date range and preferred point of contact. We can review whether a suitable coordination arrangement is possible and discuss the scope before any third-party commitment.

For Shanghai, outline the approximate dates, Pudong or Hongqiao if known, the intended business district and whether Mandarin-language coordination is required. Do not send passports, payment information or sensitive business documents; local provider feasibility and permissions must be checked first.
